It is an extra layer of security for our customers so they know they are using a garage that follows Which Trusted Traders best practice and procedures. This covers all areas of our auto services from consumer contracts, goods and materials, taxes, consumer cancellation rights, payments, guarantees and warranties, insurance complaints and other areas.
Who are Which?
Which is part of The Consumers’ Association and is a not-for-profit consumer champion who reviews and evaluates products and services, seeking to raise standards. They allow customers to seek advice and make informed decisions. That’s why Tivoli are proud to be be part of Which Trusted Traders as a provider of auto services St Leonards on Sea.
Which Trusted Traders are subject to numerous checks and examinations to ensure they are a reputable business. By using a Which Trusted Trader you know you are protected and getting the highest levels of service and best practice procedures. As part of the scheme, we have a range of support services available to us and our customers.
One of these services is access to an Independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service, which enables customers to seek an impartial review of a complaint in the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve it between ourselves. Which Trusted Trader will fully investigate any breaches to the code of conduct and companies will be removed from the scheme if they have not maintained the required standards.
We are part of the scheme because as a long-standing family business, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and full transparency and honesty.
